How can I track my Order?
We will send you updates about the status of your order via emails after your order has left our warehouse and on its way to you. You can also track the status of your order on your order page.
How do I place an order?
Shopping on Grainfield is easy! Grainfield has major products; these are products commonly named after dishes or foods such as Grainfield Ground Egusi for Egusi soup. Once you have found the product you want to cook or any of the major products, click on it and you will be redirected to the product page showing all the items needed to cook it (both compulsory items and optional). They’ll all come with ground egusi as an example, then select all you’ll order for your cooking by just following the steps below:
- Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the product to your cart
- Click on ‘VIEW CART and CHECKOUT’ in the pop up
- Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’
- Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password.
- Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate.
- Choose your preferred payment option
- Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us here, a few hours after your order placement.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from your order page if it is in “waiting to be shipped status”. Please note that orders in shipped status cannot be canceled.
Can someone collect my prepaid package on my behalf?
Yes, please ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.
Will I receive all the items in my order at once?
Yes, you will receive all your items at once, but you may receive items in your order separately, but the chances are very slim the reason may be: (Due to product not available at the moment, at our warehouse close to your area).
Do I need an account to shop on Grainfield?
Yes, simply register within 1 minute, if you do not have an existing account.
Are there any hidden charges when I order on Grainfield?
There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Grainfield. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.
Have all products on Grainfield past the Nafdac and Hygiene test?
Yes, we are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and hygiene products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that all products are cleared before shipment.

What are shipping/delivery charges?
Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by Grainfield and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office?
Yes! Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. Just enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ during checkout.
Does Grainfield deliver outside Lagos?
At the moment Grainfield only deliverers within Lagos, but we’re looking to expand our deliveries across Nigeria and International Countries, through our own logistics & external logistics partners.
Can I possibly buy a product such as indomie Noodles which is not Graindfield Brand from the site?
Yes, Grainfield ecommerce site is carefully meant to be a one stop online store. As such Grainfield online store has every single item or product which our customers need for food.
How do I know the prices of an item that I need in bulk?
You can only get the price of any item which you want to order in bulk after the item has been hygienically prepared; making the said item ready for immediate use. For example, assuming you want to place an order for a bag of beans, after you have indicated your interest via a mail; sending the list of items to us then Grainfield will hygienically hand pick a bag of beans removing every chaff or stones. Then make up a complete bag beans, weigh it with a weighing scale and assign an propriate price to it which will be communicated to you via a confirmation mail. This is the reason we need up to 48hours to get your bulk request ready.
How do I know the items that are available for bulk order?
Every item displayed on Grainfield website is very likely available for a bulk order or purchase but subject to our final confirmation via the Grainfield official mail upon the receipt of your bulk order list of items.
